Our approach consists of two basic services:

2. Service process practice
If you are planning to optimise your business process, we will define the requirements on the optimised process with our service process analysis. As we proceed we focus on one process only to ensure that we achieve the objective successfully.
If you do not know yet with which process to start, then we will record the individual processes first. Together we make statements on quality and productivity and then you decide which business process is going to be optimised.
With service process practice we then start the implementation. The requirements on the business process are known from the analysis. The conditions under which the process will is to runrun have been stated. ???Together with your employees staff we optimise the recorded process model according to the required criteria. Afterwards the optimiszsed model is to be implemented for realizsation .execution. After successful simulation the business process will be made available for practical operation.
